All of our items are shipped directly from our vendors in Asia. All orders must clear Asian Customs as well as US Customs; this is the biggest reason for the longer-than-normal shipping time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your order.

If you still do not see tracking info for your order, wait a few days and check again, there can be delays in the relay of information from carrier to carrier. If you need items by Christmas we recommend placing your order on or before December 4th. Orders placed after December 4th are not guaranteed to be received by Christmas.
